Yeah, don't worry about it. I haven't read regularly since Sasuke killed Orochimaru. That really ticked me off, by the way. It wasn't even a fair fight because Orochimaru was bedridden. A cowardly murderer = Sasuke. But through Kabuto, he shall return! *evil laughter and Orochimaru's theme in the background*
Since then, I know the main plot advancement but I haven't really read the chapters much.
I had a theory that Kabuto was the eight-tailed demon, but that turned out to be false. T_T That would have been cool.
