Do you mean what makes them different from one another?
Worker: A general group of people. Anyone who works is a worker.
Employee: Someone who works, but also represents a specific business. Example: If someone is working at a Wal Mart, they are a Wal Mart employee.
Laborer: Someone who is obligated to work, whether it be for personal reasons or the reasons of others. It can be used both generally or specifically.
Technician: A specific job. Someone that works with technology: wiring, electricity, power, etc.
