Right now, I wouldn`t suggest it. One of the biggest casualties of the current economic pinch is the hostess bar.
They are closing left and right, and the few that are still doing well are doing so because they are choosing the best of the best - the girls with lots of experience and skill in sucking the money out of the customers. If you don`t have the experience, the chance of getting into the market now is pretty low.

In fact, it`s now well known that the girls are only being paid minimum wage in most cases - the days of the luxury club with girls making 10k a night has disappeared. One of the first expenses to be cut from a business or even private budget is luxury entertainment.

Sure, if you`re GREAT at it, and have some serious skill you can probably make more than teaching, but be ready to be in a position where you could be cut any day if someone comes along who looks like they might make the place a bit more money.
