Ars Longa Vita Brevis! - 04-20-2009, 12:42 AM

[Literal translation of the title: Art is long, time is short.]

A while back I did a report over the Renaissance artists for my World History class, and just for the heck of it I drew up a little [and by little, I mean massive] illustration to serve as my cover:

The image is massive at the moment, so I'll just post a link to it until I can get it to a nice, forum-friendly size.

EDIT: I have just been able to get it to a good size, but I'll go ahead and leave that link up anyway!

EDIT2: Just so you know, that little black blob is where I had signed my name. I couldn't effectively remove it without cutting out parts of the image itself, so I just blacked it out. [Not too keen on sharing my personal info online.]

Coincidentally, I'm also working on another art project for World History at the moment which will include Japanese! However, I'm still waiting on a translation [I'm still very early in my learning]. Whenever it's done, I'll post away!
