Technically it's illegal to mail liquor of over 0.5%ABV into the USA in this way, but if it's a small bottle it may be overlooked under the "collectible" loophole. Or just overlooked by people who don't care about such a small amount of alcohol.
Alas all you can do is cross your fingers and hope it gets there.
