Honestly no I dont, I'm taking a very biased and probably wrong point of view about it. <Scrap that part. I just did a quick wikipedia/google search on the guy. Not bad, worfking as a missionary alnd all that. Patron saint of Ireland, yep got that also. Reason's its celebrated outside of Ireland...to celebrate Ireland. By drinking and partying? Am I missing something here?
But does the celebrations now have anything to do with who he was? And then tell me why its celebrated the world over and not just in Ireland (since its more than just the Irish that celebrate it).
