Foods that are high in high-quality protein are common in the Japanese diet. Especially because of the fish and eggs that are used.

Salmon and tuna are high in this. I heard from a friend of mine that salmon also has the lowest concentration of mercure. So + 1 health powerrrrr!

I work out too so I need high-quality proteines too. Fish, meat, eggs, whey and peanut butter suffice.

Meat is a bit expensive in Japan, so I heard.
