Actually, season 4 with the amazon quartet and Queen Nehelania was released in the USA. You are thinking of Season 5 Sailor Moon Stars with Galaxia. It was not released here in the states, but you can definatly find it on the web like e-bay or any of those auction sites. You could probably even find it on youtube, but I never looked since I got my hands on all of them, but I wasn't able to get the last few Dvd's of Season 2 in English before they stopped selling them and now I don't have the money to get em off of e-bay, but I got 'em in Japanese...
