Sure, just add an akatsuki symbol of any kind to your signature and make a code name. It doesn't have to be an akatsuki name, you could make one up, just as long as its not your real name.
Example:
Akatsuki Clan Member: (Code name here)
(Symbol goes here)
Akatsuki Clan Leader
Akatsuki Clan Member: Pain
"ロンリー。ラブレス。のけ者。These are just a few words that describe me."
