I heard that these girls go through hours of scrubbing prior to being covered with sushi. Of course they're also trained to remain completely silent and stationary while the dinner service is on.
I'd like to check it out but for a $1000, I'd rather check out a ノーパンしゃぶしゃぶ... which of course is another one of those urban myth type of places.
