In light of recent events, have the mods/site admin considered introducing a two or three day 'waiting period' before new members can post in the Forum? This rule is enforced in discussion forums at various other sites (e.g. at fanfiction.net) as a means to prevent spamming incidents, among other things, and seems to work fairly well. Just a suggestion.
