aerobics? Thats pretty healthy and walking everywhere!
I heard theres a diet that doesn't stop you eating stuff,and you dont even have to join the gym! Yu just incorporate more activities in the day
e.g: walking to school/work/bustop
-power walk everywhere
-try not to sit down everywhere
-Do the washing up after every meal
-Drink less caffeine
Just little tweaks to your day
