I need some advice on how to get a Work Visa

About me:
-In US
-Age:18
-Will graduate from High School by the time I ever get to Japan
-I think I have several Japanese relatives if that helps
(Dad's sister married a Japanese guy who had like 10 brothers/sisters who married and had children)
-No college degree
-No work experience
-Can speak Japanese pretty well, but can't read :X


Yeah, lots of negative things. But I want to move to Japan asap and live on my own. And my parents are really against it so I gotta support myself money wise. Waiting for a Bachelor Degrees is like 4 more years.

I would love to take college in Japan but my parents won't pay for my college unless it's for America college.

So if I can get a job and work visa, maybe I can live in an appartment in Japan, harhar, but anybody have ideas on the job and work visa part?
