Well yeah, but I know about 2-3 people who have done this effortlessly.
You get married, get a spousal visa, and move.
Also: Yeah, If you are getting married to a national solely for the purpose of obtaining a visa, then obviously there will be some complications probably relating to the marriage.
I mean if you're in a stable relationship with a citizen. Not go out and look for a citizen to get a visa. Sorry for confusion.
