I don't think it is necessarily emo, as that is really kind of a music genre. lol
It's because people on here have such a strong interest and passion for this country and lifestyle that is mixes in with their daily lives.
Yes it could be like an 'escape' but you're escaping to something that's making you happy, so I don't see what's wrong with it.
