You didn't explain the second part.
「二合半」=
「枡(ます)、枡(ます)、半枡(はんしょう)」(1, 1, half) =「益々繁盛」
They cheated with the last word as 半枡 はんしょう is not quite 繁盛 はんじょう but close enough apparently.

Thank you ,kirakira,for your help.Wiii you do me a favor?
I need your help at this part"Please think twice"
”春夏冬”means business,and in this case,it is likely taken for ..ah"indecent business".
I don't want to see a beautiful lady showing a sign something like that on her body.
But ,I can't explain it in english in appropriate way.

Hi ! kcyk8073
I'm new here,rather old man ,close to kanreki="60 years old"
I learned english when I was a student.It was forty years ago.
Quite a long interval,you know.
So,I'm not familiar with both english and internet.
Anyway,since you are interested in those puns in japanese,I'll show you some example.
Those are family names in japan.

1) 小鳥遊
  reading ; takanasi
reference
小鳥=bird
遊=playing
you can image the scene "birds are playing peacefully"form this name.
Then you will wonder "Why they can?"←key
Because there's no hawk around.
hawk=taka
there is no =nasi
Now you can see 小鳥遊 =takanasi
2) 月見里
  reading;yamanasi
reference
月見= moon viewing
里 =village
Image the place where all the villagers can enjoy viewing the moon.
Then you will wonder "Why they can?"←key
Because there's no obstacles around.
In this case obstacle means mountain.
moutain=山=「やま」=yama
there is no =nasi
Now you can see 月見里=yamanasi
3) Oh, I forgot this one.
春夏秋冬
  reading ;hitotose
reference
hito「ひと」=hitotu 「ひとつ」 means 「one 」
   tose「とせ」=tosi「とし」=「年」or「歳」 means [year]
so hitotose means one year.
You will see why they read it [ひととせ]。

Now I begin to regret I posted these difficult ones for japanese learners.
I hope you don't bigin to hate kanji from this post.
