this is a remix of nearly all her songs of her album its not put together all that well seen as theres biiiiiiiiiiig breaks in between each song but pleeeeeeeeeeeease listen to it all ...in my opinion its 10 mins of fitness (when the songs are actually playing ha ha) *pokes coolnard to watch it*
