And we saw an Iraqi politician just got arrested in an airport in Baghdad because of corruptions. Yet, Iraq's current government is too immature. Afghanistan is slowly taking over by the Taleban again.
America didn't help these two countries well enough in the first place.
We saw Obama during the election that he will fix what Bush did in the Middle East and now Obama is acting like Bush.

This "pro-American" world your talking about isn't the one that is necessarily wanting to do something about North Korea the most. It's China, Russia, and Japan. And two of those three have enough military force to throw at it that if poked hard enough they wouldn't wait for the U.N. to okay it.

Just let you know, the current head of UN is a South Korean. And he doesn't want a war.

And with the tests that North Korea has supposedly planned, he is really trying to see how far he can push buttons....

That's not what he intended actually. Think like a North Korea politician.
You're country is in a huge trouble with your past miscontributions and other countries' pressures. How would you deal with it? Do a controversial gestures as long as it doesn't devolve into a serious crisis while trying to maintain your domestic situation.
You just assume that North Korea is always the bad guy. This is not true when South Korea, Japan, and USA also have
very dirty hands regards to North Korea.
This isn't a
good vs. evil situation while so many people believe that it is really about
good vs. evil.
