You are very special! The "O" blood type has no "A" or "B" identifier tags, so you can donate your blood to any of the other major blood types. Additionally, since your RH factor is Negative, your blood is even more ideal for donation. Facilities would prioritize it for pregnant women.
Years ago when my dad used to sell his blood to the blood bank, they paid more for O- than for any other type.
Unfortunately, because you are an O Negative, your body will reject a donation from any other type.
Incidentially, I'm an A neg.
