I have studied that set before...but I had more readings to them
(I will give you the different ones I have...but mind, as a student my reading might be wrong or no longer used ones).
二=>ニ、ジ、ふた(つ)
三=>サン、ゾウ、み(つ)、み
六=>ロク、リク、む(つ)、むっ(つ)、むい
七=>シチ、ナナ、なな(つ)、なの
八=>ハチ、や(つ)、やっ(つ)、よう
十=>ジュウ、ジッ、ジュッ、とお、と (better learn to use hiragana, some words have the long o sound with おお and not おう).
円=>エン、まる(い)、まどか (there were other 2 reading, but I discarded since I couldn't find them used in internet...they might be used, but the source was not fully reliable
).
百=>ヒャク、ビャク、もも
万=>マン、バン、よろず
明=>メイ、ミョウ、ミン、あか(るい)、あか(るむ )、あか(らむ)、あか(り)、あか(す)、あき、あ き(らか)、あ(くる)、あ(く)、あ(ける)(I wrote all the ones I learnt so you can compare).
火=>カ、ひ、ほ
These are all the differences that I have found. I doubt you will find people who will correct you all 2000 kanji (they added more to the list, I think they go over 2000 now). Thus it will be up to you to do researches and pick the reading you find used around. As per me I learn them all
I know some of them are not used much with that kanji, but I still learn them hee hee.
