It's very hard to cipher your run-on sentence, but here goes.
I said civil war
in South Korea. Not civil war in the Korean Peninsula.
Technically civil war in South Korea is NOT about North Korea. Legally in South Korea, North Korea is considered to be a rogue government that is treated as a foreign country. It's about South Korean politicians fighting each other involving with military officers and civilians... all in South Korea.
But still, some South Korean youths are unusually pro-North Korean. Hell, according to one defector, South Korea has 10,000 North Korean spies.
I don't think America will risk attacking North Korea, or else it'll nuke several cities in Japan and South Korea, America's important allies.

That is the most wisest decision Obama made right now. Kudos to Obama for treating North Korea not like an idiot.
Think of it this way: being offensive towards North Korea is worse than not being offensive towards North Korea. You don't want 1/3 of South Koreans being killed instantly in 5 hours, right?

appeasing every dictator he can think of. Obama is the ribirth of Neville Chamberlain and jimmy carter.

It worked perfectly in South Korea before. Why not?
