子は三界の首っ枷：こはさんかいのくびっかせ；ko-wa(ha) sankai-nokubi(k)kase.
san-kai means three worlds;past, current and future.
The parents worry about their children always (in the past, current and future).
kubikase: neck/hand-cuffs used to restraint the crimes.
