Yeah, maybe when they get on board with the International Child protection laws" Only Russia and Japan have refused to sign. Which has prompted several countries to send envoys urging them to join.
Japan claims it (a C.P. law)invades peoples privacy even though they already down throttle your ISP bandwidth based on their monitoring of it
Possession of C.P. for "Personal Use" is not currently illegal. distributing it is illegal. How do they think these people GET the material.
