too bad i left my running shoes at home (california) and tokyo is 40min train ride away
i havn't ran for so long and i am seriously putting on a beer belly. i used to run 5 miles 3 times a week (was forced, i was in the army) and kind of ruined my feet as a result. how long have you been running for? how long do you run a day?
