I have watched a few movies that I downloaded and a couple seasons of TV shows. I have also watched streamed copies of some TV shows. I have also used some downloaded applications in the past. However, I would never pay for pirated copies. That is the ultimate in piracy. Paying someone other than the IP holder for the use of the product is supporting someone making money on a work that isn't theirs.

As far as the price of games and movies, I have only payed full original retal price for a few of them. And I only payed more than $20 for one game FFVII, but even then I convinced my brother to go in half with me so it only cost me $20. I am content to wait for games to come down in price because they ultimately do. It is the same for movies and music. I have a base line of not paying more than $10 for a CD or DVD unless it is something that I know is really good. However, that does not mean I will dowload it so I can watch or listen to it.

I have no qualms with watching copies of network TV programs. This is because it is allready broadcast for free. Maintaining archive copies of downloaded content I don't really agree with because you are partaking in distribution but I won't strongly argue against it.
