Everyone I know in Japan and every restaurant I have been to serves it in a regular glass - even the most upscale places. That IS the authentic and likely traditional way to serve it.
Hunting down something else more "Japanese" will more than likely just look odd in the end.
If anyone is trying to find me… Tamyuun on Instagram is probably the easiest.
