According the FAQ section for this site, if you want to post a vid from YouTube then you simply put the "video ID" between yt-tags.

I'm not sure, but I think the video ID is the "embed" code (shown on the right-hand side the vid) on the YouTube user page. Dunno if that helps...

One of my personal amv favs is "Shattered Dreams - Hinamori Momo's story" by Bakadeshi. The vid is a character profile of one of the minor characters in Bleach, and the music fits really well!
