something easy and simple???

steamed tofu w/ momiji oroshi, negi and ponzu ^_^

get a block of hard tofu (i prefer "yamasoy" brand)
grate some daikon, strain it (rinse if you want/can), then mix w/ sriracha
finely slice the scallions and drizzle w/ ponzu (you can buy it premade at local supermarket)
steam the tofu till it's cooked all the way through then slice
eat by garnishing w/ the oroshi and ponzu dipped negi
=3

or you can try sliced cabbage w/ tonkatsu sauce x]
that's always fun and yummy (the tonkatsu/croquettes are optional =3)
