There's nothing really wrong with AEON. They offer the usual pay and benefits, and are a big enough organization to offer opportunities to live and work in most parts of the country. They also hire from overseas, which makes the job application/hiring process easier.

If I remember right, they will require that you submit an essay about why you want to live and work in Japan. They'll use this essay as a means of judging your English ability. More than 3 or 4 mistakes in spelling, grammar, or punctuation in your essay will disqualify you, so write carefully.
