This topic was brought up once but I have a few more questions.
I am reading contrasting info on the distance and directions to the museum.

First off, it seems far so is it even worth a trip, even though we are anime lovers? Anything spectacular/ must- sees?

Distance: 1hr 30min train time?

Directions: Ive read Ueno St. to Matsudo St. via Joban Line. Then exit St. from East Gate. If this is correct... then what?
