If someone told internet in Japan is expensive, that's ridiculous. The providers are the same nationwide, and so are the rates. I have the paperwork about seven feet away.

Maybe they don't have high income or something, but no one in the family could use the Internet too much because they said it was too expensive. Just my experience and what I heard.
