Don't watch much anime anymore but yeah
Cowboy Bebop
Inuyasha
Sailor Moon
Pokemon (the original series)
They were all great and then I kind of stooped down on the quality of my anime-watching to:
Naruto
Full Metal Alchemist
But one of the greatest animes I've watched was Gurren Lagann.
