Why do you think copying discs is difficult?

When you buy a game, you own the disc the game comes on, but that doesn't mean you own the data on the game. If that were true you would own the data on EVERY game of the same name, and would have the right to do whatever you want with it.

but you don't. That's just logical in a digital world where data is intellectual property.

Most of what is on Pirate Bay is illegal copies. Don't engage in illegal activities and you won't have your "privacy invaded". (Am I the only one that sees the irony in that complaint?)

But I asked you to specifically show what illegal activities Nintendo is engaging in.
