I've probably already posted in this thread, but am too lazy to go through it and check :P
But my favorite Japanese vocalists have always been Hyde from L'Arc~en~Ciel and Hizumi from D'espairsRay. I think they both have beautiful voices and they both (from what I've been able to hear from their live footage) have great voices live as well, which a lot of people seem to not have. They're very talented <3 and pretty.
