Actually, I think it's illegal for your parents to kick you out at 17. You must be 18.
Even so, I would still say just move out. Move in with a friend. Going to an Alt school is a waste of time and won't get you anywhere in life.
Neither will moving out, but at least you have your dignity and not wasted time.
