Also, backwards compatibility isn't a winning point against PS3 or XBox 360. Just give me a reason why should I buy a Wii? It gives me nothing new except some kids games. I want new experiences and games around my age, cool story and great graphics (yes graphics are definitely needed, people saying only story is important are hopeless).

I didn't think I was trying to convince anyone. Just giving the viewpoint of someone who does actually enjoy the Wii. Its a system that I can enjoy, and then yes, buy a kiddy game and let my niece have a whirl.
Backwards compatibility might not be a winning point for you. The market Microsoft and Sony are targeting with their console and games generally are not as interested in the older games. But some people, like me, do still like to piss around on old Zelda games. I'm not even old, these are just the games I grew up on.
I will agree with you that graphics are an important part of newer games. That's what I have my PC for; for when I want to play those newer titles.
