I'm black and I've come to the point where I just don't give a shit. I basically have a "racism is so 1800s" view on racism. I live now , in the present , and though I know it must have sucked to be black or of any race in certain periods of time , I was lucky enough to be born in the future. Seriously , who are we supposed to hold responsible for whatever happened in the past?
I have people who arent black call me nigger all the time , it's just how you take it. I just laugh it off and move on.
Also "nigger" , is just a variation of the word "negro" meaning black.(I think)
