traveling to Tokyo in octobre and need help -

Hi everyone!!
We are a group of 4 ppl and we are travelling to Japan (Tokyo) for the first time in a octobre, and we were hoping you can help us.
Our hotel is in the Asakusabashi area, next to Akihabara electrical town. We booked our hotel for 15 nights
* What places can you recommend us to visit for sure/sightseeing spots, the places to be.
* Is it possible to visit Mt Fuji in one day from our hotel
* we don't eat meat what kind of dishes do you recommend us, how do we ask if there is meat in our dish.
