Hi everyone! My name is Sarah. I'm 23 years old and am from the U.S. I decided to come here because I really want to get fluent in Japanese and I was looking for a good support community. I'd love to hopefully make some friends who live in Japan. I'd like to live there within the next few years. However, I'm not too sure if that'll work out (my husband isn't too big on the idea of being there past a year but he's slowly warming up to it) but I'll at least go there to visit. Any ways, it'd be nice to have some local friends for when we do go.
I absolutely love Japanese culture (and nearly everything about Japan in general) and have for a very long time. So to be able to go there would be a dream come true! Plus, it'd be nice not to have to wait the months that it takes for video games to get to the U.S. from Japan
Here's some side info. for all of you! My husband and I both have our bachelor's degrees in multimedia and our major was on game design so I'm using games as a big reason as to why my husband should want to move to Japan. Thankfully he likes everything about Japan too but for some reason he's not sold on the idea of moving there just yet
