Johnny English: The part when he's giving the description of the "assailant" to the guy trying to recreate an image of him.

"...a scar on his cheek... in the shape... of a banana." ... "Which cheek?" ... "Both cheeks. They sort of met in the middle."

That whole scene is really funny but that particular part cracks me up every time. I can't help but love it!
