Um... just to let you know, I'm a descendant of a Chinese minority from my dad's side (Chaoxian). And I don't see Tibetans or Chaoxian people (Koreans living in China) becoming more like Han.
You know it's ironic for some non-Chinese that some of the most prominent people in the CCP and the military are minorities. Some of the biggest security force members in China are Muslims (mostly Hui).
As a matter of fact, one of the biggest recent crazes in China is learning Tibetan traditional dance.
Or learning Chaoxian (Korean) traditional percussion music.
