I agree. I thought all canines were supposed to be sharp as well, otherwise they could just be called incisors. Perhaps it varies, but I don't see any evolutionary reason why any set of people would develop sharper or duller canines these days. It's not as though survival or reproduction would depend on it at all.
I don't know. I guess I'll just try Googling it harder.
