That's just stating the obvious! Most people that leave their homeland wouldn't want to go back permanently because they're usually leaving for a better life! But then if you talk to people that go abroad to study for a couple of years, they will almost always want to go back to their homeland, as is the case with the hundreds of Chinese I meet here in Paris. I'm a foreign student advisor at my Uni. I help foreigners from all over the world settle in, sort visa's out etc, and out of all the nationalities I meet, Chinese are the one group that always want to go back to China. Heck, even during the summer holidays, whilst others stay in France to Travel, they always go back to China.

The Japanese I meet all seem to want to stay... go figure that one out
