1000 island dressing is not made the way you describe unless you are poor, under 20 and American.
You can get litre bottles of pre made 1000 ID at many cheap stores for about 500 yen.
Ketchup (if thats how you like to spell it) and Mayo vary alot over here but you can find some very good (but cheap) versions.
The hardest thing to get here are burger buns...
