And many Americans leave America to get medical procedures, too. People often come to America because they cannot be denied care by law. Yes it is. Because I can go back to the past threads on healthcare where you are pasting past arguments.

And again I'll ask the question that wasn't replied to in the case of these people flying to Japan.. Did these people have an American Healthcare policy with low deductible? Did they have Japanese private insurance, not just the standard government coverage? And why would Japanese living in America (most likely temporarily) change plans if they were going back eventually to live in Japan. Your example isn't making much sense without details.

Medicare has the biggest % of denying coverage out of all big private insurance compaines...
