I found there are 2 ways of expressing my name VIRGINIA in Japanese.............. one is

バージニア

and the other one is.....

ヴァージニア

Just like Victoria.... I saw there're 2 kinds of expressions too ビクトリア　&　ヴィクトリア

I am not laughing but that's because the Japanese people can not pronounce V sound....
