And as for the whole "STD's grow under the foreskin, bacteria under fingernails" I'm in complete agreement with the whole bacteria part. But I thought AIDs and HIV were infections, not bacteria. Forgive me if my A-levels in Biology were completely false, but I thought they were two completely different things?

In a study done in Africa, it was proven that AIDS spreads more readily in a population that is not circumcised. If a man does not bathe, the foreskin offers a location to harbor blood or other infectious tissue from one partner and to transfer it to the next.
Somewhere along the line this information has been interpreted and spread as meaning that not being circumcised is dangerous.
However it has very little meaning outside of cultures where men don`t bother cleaning themselves between sex with multiple partners. (Eww...)

PS: Also, to Nyororin, there's no need to put a space between apostrophes, it's a dropping of a letter - ie: Do not ---> Donot ---> Don't. The ' replaces the o ^_^ (And I mean that in a way to improve your grammar, not as an insult, so please don't take it that way my dearest :3

I don`t put a space between them.
Check the number of characters. It just *looks* that way because the font you are using is treating ` differently than it treats '.
It`s a backtick/backquote, and is a typing habit I picked up a very very long time ago. And no, I have no plans to change it. And you are the second person in 15 years to make a comment on it.
