What is the weather like in Hokkaido - 10-16-2009, 04:29 PM
I was looking on a subtropic map to see if there were any spots in America that were not subtropic.

I noticed that all of Japan was subtropic with the exception of Hokkaido. So I was wondering just what is the weather like in Hokkaido?

If it excludes severe thunderstorms everyday in summer, I just may visit there for an extended amount of time.
