I am trying a small translation, the original saying is "think out sexy thoughts" and the closest translation I could come up with is "hentai wa kangae shite masen" which I thought was "don't think perverted" but running it my built in kanji dictionary it said it meant "strange", so I wound up with don't think strange thoughts" (in a present continuing sense).

So does anyone got any suggestions to make the saying semi-work or anything better?
