My favourite anime are CLANNAD, Nogizaka Haruka no Himitsu, Bleach, Genshiken, Beck, Mushishi, Chobits and Initial D.
As for manga, I like Fullmetal Alchemist and The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya.
